It’s the combination of delicious and nutritious that drives sales for our franchisees. One customer favorite is the Pitaya Passion Bowl, featuring the bright magenta fruit more commonly known as dragon fruit. The bowl is made with raw organic pitaya, a passion juice blend, soy milk, strawberries and bananas. Pitaya is packed with antioxidants, high in fiber and naturally low in sugar. The bananas add a natural sweetness. The bowl is topped with organic omega-3 granola, strawberries, blueberries and honey.
It packs a lot of nutrition into 380 calories – potassium, protein, calcium, iron and Vitamins A and C. Perhaps they’ll also grab a 6-bottle Wellness Pack of cold-pressed juices with added minerals, vitamins and living enzymes. They come in golden beet, pineapple, green apple, ginger root, lemon and turmeric root, or apple, pineapple, cucumber, spinach, green kale, ginger root and turmeric.
We offer convenient, mobile meal replacement options, and everything we sell is designed to be both tasty and healthy. It seems like a no-brainer for a juice bar, but we take our food science seriously.
“We were the first company to offer açaí over 15 years ago,” says Noah Burgess, Research and Development Scientist. “A few years ago, we added in another superfruit called pitaya from South America. Our pitaya is grown in Nicaragua, it’s low in sugar, has lots of fiber and is high in antioxidants, just like açaí, and that’s been a great success.”

Lately, companies have been making proud announcements about switching from Styrofoam cups to containers that are more Earth-friendly. We think that’s great. We made the switch years ago.
Because our home office is based in Southern California, we naturally have a lot of locations there. When more progressive cities started banning Styrofoam, we knew we had a decision to make. We opted for clear, recyclable containers, and we implemented the change systemwide.
