How much does it cost to buy a franchise?
Your startup costs will vary depending on the store size, commercial real estate rates and location of your store, but our average startup costs, according to Item 7 of our latest Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), range from $216,400 to $378,300. Actual start up costs will be somewhere in the middle.

Who makes a good franchisee?
A background in management or business ownership is ideal, but not required. More important characteristics include strong leadership and communication skills, natural enthusiasm and a passion for healthy lifestyles.
What kind of capital do I need to qualify?
We require franchise candidates to have a minimum of $100,000 in liquid assets and a minimum net worth of $300,000.
What are your franchise fees?
Our franchise fee is $25,000 per unit. Discounts are offered to qualified U.S. veterans and Area Developers who purchase three or more units.
Do you offer special incentives to veterans?
Yes. As a proud member of VetFran, a nonprofit organization that helps veterans transition to civilian life through franchising opportunities, we offer a 60% discount on our franchise fee for qualified U.S. veterans. We offer additional financial incentives for veterans who are interested in multiple units.
Do you offer discounts if I want to buy multiple locations?
Yes. Many of our franchisees sign agreements for 3-unit deals or larger, and we do offer financial incentives for multi-unit owners. How large is an average store?
Size will vary depending on location, but our stores are typically between 800-1,200 square feet. We provide a customized store concept plan with a floor plan for each site.
What are the royalties and ad fund fees?
Franchisees pay a weekly royalty of 6% and an advertising fee of 2%.
How many employees will I need?
On average, you can expect to employ 10-15 part-time entry-level workers per store. Franchisees may hire a store manager or manage the store themselves.
