President & CEO

Frank, our President and Chief Executive Officer, has been involved with Juice It Up! for nearly two decades. He oversees business strategies to improve revenues and achieve brand growth. He also works tirelessly to ensure that effective and consistent management services are provided to our franchisees without compromising the needs and expectations of our guests. Frank has owned or been involved in such enterprises as Weck Closure Systems and Horizon Surgical, Inc., and also held senior executive positions with Nestle, S.A.; M&M/Mars, Inc.; and Ralston Purina, Inc. His favorite Juice It Up! menu item is the California Cooler®.

Vice President of Business Development

Carol’s experience in the franchise industry spans 20 years. She joined Juice It Up! in 2006 and has served in several executive capacities in Business Development and Marketing. In her role as the Vice President of Business Development since 2014, her passion is working with franchise candidates and assisting them in achieving their dream of franchise ownership with a brand that aligns with their lifestyle and business goals, while helping Juice It Up! grow its franchise family. She has a passion for health, fitness and wellness, and her favorite Juice It Up! product is the Red Fusion®.

Vice President of Procurement

Melissa has been a part of Juice It Up! since 2003. As Vice President of Procurement, she ensures our franchisees get the best pricing on products by successfully negotiating and managing multiple supplier contracts and facilitating the relationships among our distribution partners. In addition, she oversees product research and development, making sure our customers get consistently top-quality products at the best possible profit margin to the franchisee. Her favorite Juice It Up! menu item is the Ultimate Açaí Bowl®.

Director of Operations

Marcus started with Juice It Up! In 2008 and worked in many departments before assuming his current position as Director of Operations in 2015. His previous roles included store management, franchise sales, real estate and field support. In his role as Director of Operations, his first priority is providing support to our franchisees. He manages a team that visits stores frequently to help franchisees increase sales, decrease operational costs and realize maximum return on their investment. His favorite Juice It Up! menu item is the Immunizer®.

Director of Construction

Jon joined our team in 2016, and has a strong background in construction and engineering. He works closely with franchisees to assist and support the management and execution of construction projects, including new store builds and remodels. Jon’s ultimate goal is to facilitate a timely, high quality, effective and efficient store opening. His favorite Juice It Up! menu item is the Rejuvenator®.

Research & Development Scientist

Noah, who joined Juice It Up! in 2012, oversees product development and product quality as our Research & Development Scientist. He uses his background in science to create the perfect balance of powerful nutritional properties and delicious flavors to meet the tastes and dietary needs of our broad, discerning customer base. He also plays a crucial role in product strategy, innovation, franchisee training and education, procurement and operations support. Born and raised in Hawaii, Noah has always lived a healthy, active lifestyle, which inspires him to develop products for customers seeking better-for-you options to support the same lifestyle choices. His favorite Juice It Up! menu item (which he developed, of course!), is the Optimizer®.

Shauna Parisi
Director of Marketing
Shauna’s background in restaurant marketing led to her to Juice it Up! in 2017, where she develops, leads, and implements the brand’s strategic marketing plan on a national, regional, and local level. Shauna’s passion for marketing started in 2004 when she founded, A Million Thanks, a national non-profit organization benefiting the military. After working for various marketing agencies, Shauna moved into the restaurant industry, having led marketing teams at Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour Restaurants and ML Food Group. She has a passion for brand collaboration and innovation, and she is thrilled to bring her experience to Juice It Up! Shauna’s favorite menu item is the Raw Fusion™.
