What did you do before you became a franchisee?

“My wife and I owned an auto repair shop.”

Why did you initially look at Juice It Up!? 

“Our daughter worked at a Juice It Up!, and the franchise owner was a client at our auto repair shop. He shared insights about the franchise with us.”

Why did you invest in Juice It Up!?

“The auto repair business was not conducive to our lifestyle, so my wife and I sought a business aligned with our values and promoted positivity.”

What were your most significant concerns before you became a franchisee?

“Embarking on a new venture is always exciting, but taking on the restaurant business was a new ball game. Especially when Juice It Up! was still a young franchise that had yet to make a name for itself. It’s like exploring uncharted territory. We just followed our instincts.”

What have you learned since?

“We were fortunate to have invested in a business that provided us with solid financial support and a lifestyle that allowed us to travel with family.”

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same decision again? Why?

“Investing in Juice It Up! and expanding into multiple locations was our best financial decision ever. We have been part of the Juice It Up! franchise for 18 years and have stayed true to the initial concept of juicing and the approachable, family-friendly corporate culture that drew us to it in the first place.”

How well did the franchisor’s initial training prepare you for success?

“My wife received training at a Juice It Up! corporate store, and the principles she learned there remain at the core of our employee training even after 18 years. It Works!”
